Terms of Service

By purchasing from digifaizan.com, you agree to the following terms.

1. What we sell

We resell digital subscriptions, shared accounts, and software license keys (e.g. design tools, AI tools, streaming services). Products are delivered digitally - usually by email or WhatsApp - within the delivery time shown on the product page.

2. Your account

• You must create an account and sign in before checkout.
• You are responsible for keeping your digifaizan.com login credentials safe.
• One purchase is for one user only, unless the product page says otherwise.

3. Acceptable use

• Personal use only. You may not resell, rent, or redistribute the accounts or keys you buy from us.
• Do not change the password or email of a shared account we deliver to you.
• Do not share your delivered credentials with anyone else.
• Use the product within the device/screen limits of your plan.

4. Account termination

If you change a shared account’s password, share its credentials, or resell our products, we may terminate the account immediately with no refund. This protects the service for all our customers.

5. Service interruptions

Shared accounts depend on third-party providers. If an account stops working during its warranty period, we will first try to fix it, then replace it, then refund the unused portion (see our Refund Policy). We are not responsible for outages on the provider’s side beyond this.

6. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in PKR. We accept JazzCash, Easypaisa, and bank transfer. We may change prices at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Karachi.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version live on this page at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
